Do industrial trolleys come with a warranty?
Yes. All our trolleys are covered by a 12 month product warranty, and replacement castors and components are available so a trolley can be maintained rather than replaced.
What is the difference between a manual and an electric scissor lift trolley?
Electric models suit repetitive, high-volume lifting and reduce operator fatigue in fast-paced environments. Manual models are a lower-cost option for occasional lifting or areas without power access. Both use a hydraulic mechanism and both are available in single and double configurations.
Can industrial trolleys be made to a custom size?
Yes. We can adjust size, materials, castor type, colour and configuration on the standard range, and we build fully custom trolleys where nothing standard fits. Send us your dimensions, load and operating environment and we will design to suit.
What are your industrial trolleys made from?
Most of the industrial range is built from galvanised sheet metal or rotomoulded plastic, with a powder-coated finish available for extra protection against scratching, chipping and moisture. Galvanised steel gives you the durability and washdown resistance of a metal trolley at a lower cost than stainless.
How much weight can an industrial trolley hold?
Capacity varies by model. Our scissor lift trolleys handle loads up to 300kg, and capacities for dollies, tub trolleys and wheelie bin trolleys are listed on each product page. If you know your typical and maximum load, our team can recommend a model with the right margin.
