What warranty do you offer?
Every wheelie bin trolley is Australian made and covered by our 12 month product warranty, with replacement castors and components available so the trolley can be maintained long term.
Is the trolley suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. The steel frame is powder coated for corrosion protection and the 150 mm castors are specified for outdoor surfaces like bin stores, loading docks and car parks. For permanently wet or washdown environments, ask us about a hot dipped galvanised frame.
Can one person operate it?
Yes, that is the point of the design. Push handles at both ends sit at 1100 mm height, and the heavy duty 150 mm castors keep a fully loaded trolley rolling with far less effort than dragging bins individually, which also reduces manual handling risk.
How are the bins held on the trolley?
Each bin is secured with safety chains fixed to the frame, so bins stay upright and in place over ramps, kerbs and uneven surfaces.
How much weight does a loaded trolley carry?
A full 240 litre bin can approach 110 kg, so three full bins is up to around 300 kg moving on the trolley’s heavy duty castors. Staff push the load at handle height instead of dragging that weight one bin at a time.
Does it fit both 120L and 240L bins?
Yes. The trolley is designed around standard Australian 120 and 240 litre wheelie bins, and custom sizing is available to suit any other bin or application.
How many wheelie bins can the trolley move at once?
The standard trolley holds up to three 240 litre bins on its 2430 x 670 mm deck. Custom configurations are manufactured for two, four or six bins, in 120 or 240 litre sizes, to match your collection runs.
